# Original Waybill

This document is a template for the original waybill,which is used to record the detailed information of the transported goods.The following is a summary of the core content:

Original Waybill: The original delivery document provided to the consignee.

Batch Number: The sending batch number,used to identify the batch of goods.

Transport Number: The transport number of the goods.

Abbreviation of Sending Route: The abbreviation or code of the consignor.

China Railway: Refers to China Railway.

Mailing Address: The communication and postal addresses of the consignor and the consignee.

Contract Number: The contract number related to the transportation of goods.

Departure Station: The station where the goods are sent.

Consignee: Information about the consignee.

Customs Record: The records and markings of the customs.

Arrival Route and Station: The route and station where the goods arrive.

Goods Description: Including marks,labels,type of packaging,name of goods,attachment number,number of pieces,weight,etc.

CIM - Waybill: Waybill information related to the international goods transportation agreement.

Consignors Signature: The signature of the consignor.

Pallet Exchange: Information on pallet exchange.

Container/Transport Equipment: Information on containers or transport tools.

Owner and Number: The owner of the container or transport tool and its number.

Expense Payment: The transit railway expenses borne by the consignor.

Type of Handling: The type of transportation handled.

Loading Party: The party responsible for loading.

Declared Value of Goods: The declared value of the goods.

Special Marks: Such as special transportation requirements or marks like full - load,less - than - carload,large - tonnage containers,consignors railway,etc.
